Instructions
Line your slow cooker with a liner or grease with cooking spray. Place pork chops in an even layer onto bottom of slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, add soups, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk well to combine.
Pour soup mixture evenly over pork chops. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours (pork should reach an internal temperature of 145℉). For the rice: when about 45 minutes remains on cooking time, stir in rice and make sure it is covered by liquid. Cover and cook for 45 minutes-1 hour, or until rice is cooked through and liquid is absorbed. Stir well and serve immediately. *If using cheese, add into slow cooker, stir to combine, and cover until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.*
Notes
Leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
Keep an eye on your slow cooker, as it is easy to dry out the pork, even when it is cooked in liquid.
Shredded cheese is optional: I did not use it in the photos of the pork chops, but I have tested this recipe with and without cheese, and both versions are delicious.
