1 cup uncooked long-grain rice 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth ¾ cup chunky salsa (any kind) 15 oz canned black beans , drained and rinsed ½ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon cumin Salt and pepper , to taste

Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and then let simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice mixture is tender.
