Ingredients

  • ½ cup buttermilk powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried dill
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months for maximum freshness (see note below).

To Make Ranch Dressing:

  • To a medium bowl, add 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning mix, ⅓ cup mayonnaise, ⅓ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt, and ½ cup milk. Whisk thoroughly to combine and pour into an airtight container or glass jar. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Approximately 2 tablespoons of homemade ranch seasoning equals 1 (1.0 ounce) packet of store-bought ranch seasoning.
  • The fresher the dried herbs and seasonings are, the longer (and tastier) the seasoning will last. For example, if the seasonings expire in two months, then the ranch seasoning will only last two months.
