These Baked Greek Yogurt Pork Chops are tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. Greek yogurt tenderizes the pork and makes this an easy, flavorful dinner!
Place pork chops in an even layer onto the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, add yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine. Spread mixture evenly over pork chops, coating each side of chops. Cover dish with foil and refridgerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 400℉. Remove foil from baking dish and bake pork chops for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145℉. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
To reheat in the Microwave: cover pork chops with a damp paper towel and microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until the pork is heated through.
To Reheat on the Stove: Add a touch of olive oil or butter to a hot skillet and then add the pork chops and cook for several minutes on both sides until warmed through.
