Garlic Parmesan Corn is an easy side dish that's loaded with flavor. With just a handful of ingredients, this simple veggie is ready in just 10 minutes!
2cupsfresh, frozen, or canned corn(I used canned corn in these photos. If using frozen corn, you may need to increase the cooking time by 1-2 minutes)
1½teaspoonsgarlic powder
½teaspoonblack pepper
¼teaspoonsalt
3tablespoonsheavy whipping cream
¼cupgrated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for toppingif desired

Instructions
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add corn, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until heated through and most of butter is absorbed.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat and continue to stir until cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
