6flour tortillas
Juice of two limes
2tablespoonshoney
3tablespoonsolive oil
3tablespoonschoppedfresh cilantro
¼teaspoongarlic powder
Salt and pepperto taste
Lime Crema
½cuplow-fat sour cream
½tablespoonlime juice
Zest from 1/2 lime
Additional toppings (optional)
Lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Shredded cheddar cheese

Cook SeaPak® Popcorn Shrimp according to package directions.
While shrimp is cooking, make the cilantro lime sauce. In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey, olive oil, cilantro, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.
To make the lime crema, mix sour cream, lime juice and lime zest a small bowl. Set aside.
Once shrimp is cooked, add shrimp to cilantro lime sauce and lightly toss to coat.
To assemble tacos, add lettuce and tomatoes to flour tortillas (optional). Spoon about 3 tablespoons of shrimp onto each tortilla and then drizzle with lime crema. Add your favorite toppings, if desired.
