Ingredients

  • 1 pound sliced baby bella mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning mix (about a 1.0 ounce store-bought package)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • To a large bowl or resealable bag, add mushrooms, olive oil, melted butter, ranch seasoning mix, salt and pepper. Toss to combine or seal bag and shake well. Add mushrooms in an even layer to prepared baking pan. If mushrooms look to dry, drizzle with a bit more olive oil.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until mushrooms are golden brown and tender. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
