stand and stuff hard taco shells
regular hard shells will work, too

I used the cooked, shredded rotisserie chicken that you can find near the deli section of your grocery store

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, taco seasoning, and
Pace®
Chunky Salsa Medium. Stir well. **See note below**
Spoon about 3 tablespoons of chicken mixture onto the bottom of each taco shell. Top with shredded cheese.
Place shells into prepared dish and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven, garnish with your favorite toppings, and serve.
Notes
Make sure that the chicken, taco seasoning, and salsa is mixed well and not too liquidy, otherwise it will make the taco shells soggy.
