Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (if your air fryer has this function). Line paper towels on a counter or flat surface. Place pickles on top of paper towels and then take more paper towels and blot pickles dry. Let pickles dry for about 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, add bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper. Mix well to combine. Set aside.
Add flour to a medium bowl and beaten eggs to a separate bowl. Dredge the pickles, one at a time, first in the flour, next in eggs, and last in the bread crumb mixture, making sure each pickle is coated well with bread crumb mixture.
Place the pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray the tops of pickles lightly with cooking spray. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Repeat process with remaining pickles.
NOTE: These do not store well. The bread crumbs will get soggy and will be hard to re-fry, but you can try to spray more cooking oil on them and reheat them in the air fryer.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 380° for 5-6 minutes.
