Strawberry White Chocolate Pound Cake Trifles
Ingredients
- 1 (3.57 ounce) box Royal Delights White Chocolate Dessert Mix
- 1 cup cold milk, I used 2%
- 1 (10.75 ounce) prepared pound cake, cut into cubes
- 8 fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine Royal Delights White Chocolate Dessert Mix and milk. Using an electric hand mixer, mix on medium speed for 2 minutes until mix is dispersed. Then beat on high speed for 4 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of Royal Delights White Chocolate Dessert Mix onto bottom of each jar (I used 4 ounce jars, approximately 2.5" wide x 2" high). Top with about 1/4 cup pound cake cubes, followed by another layer of Royal Delights White Chocolate Dessert Mix. Top with a sliced strawberry. Repeat process for rest of jars. If using a medium trifle dish, repeat the layering process, ending with Royal Delights White Chocolate Dessert Mix.
- Refrigerate at least 1-2 hours, or until ready to serve.
