We all have a few of those go-to meals that never seem to disappoint during busy weeknights.
Maybe it’s that zesty casserole your mom used to make, a tried and true chicken recipe, or even a tasty frozen dish that’s easy to pop in the oven.
I’m not ashamed to admit that the hubster and I sometimes eat orange chicken (a frozen kind, but so tasty) or order pizza when I’m not in the mood to spin my wheels in the kitchen. And that’s code for ‘I’ve been in the kitchen testing recipes allll day and don’t want to put the effort into something super fancy’ talk.
And you know what? That’s ok! We all have our vices, right?
But one dish that I can’t get enough of is pasta. It’s a meal that I never get tired of making, and one that is always a hit at the dinner table.
Buitoni products can be used in a variety of different ways, and that’s why I love using their pastas and sauces. It’s easy to create a simple dish or elegant meal, depending on my tastes. Whether I’m in the mood for marinara or pesto sauce, Three Cheese Tortellini or Mushroom Agnolotti, Buitoni is ready and waiting.
And that’s why this Spinach and Feta Tortellini is perfect for the dinner table.

We always have quick (ish) meals throughout the week and on the weekend when there’s more time it’s usually something more time consuming. Often I’ll make a huge batch of chili or soup and freeze it and then it’s ready to go when we are. Seafood often works well too for fast meals and then there’s soup and sandwiches. This pasta looks delicious and love the addition of spinach and tomatoes….plus feta…..can’t go wrong with cheese, can ya ๐ ? Pinned, of course. Hope you have a fantastic weekend, my friend!
Chili is one of my favorite winter foods, as is soup! Such a great idea to freeze it, too. Thanks for the pasta love, Dawn! You can never go wrong with cheese! ๐

I’ve been in need of some new rotations of our weeknight dinners. They have been soups, soups and soups lately but this tortellini pasta dish looks like it will help shake things up.
Thanks, Zainab! Pasta is one of my favorite go-to dishes!
I just made this for dinner, but admit that, not being a big fan of marinara sauce, I omitted the marinara, upped the spinach to 4 Cups and the tomatoes to 2 cups, tossing in 2 cloves of garlic, minced and added about a tsp of ground oregano. It was delicious and filling!
I’m so glad you enjoyed this! That’s a great idea to add more of the ingredient to make up for the marinara sauce…I’ll have to try that next time. Thanks so much for stopping by and letting me know how it turned out!
