Cooking pork chops may seem intimidating, but this recipe is practically foolproof. I’ve included a lot of tips below, so be sure to check that out.
And if you love using your air fryer, this boneless pork chop recipe turns out perfect every time.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe:
- Simple Ingredients: You probably have most of the ingredients in your kitchen, making this an easy dinner.
- Juicy and Packed with Flavor: The Greek yogurt marinade makes the pork moist, while the lemon juice and seasonings bring in a bright, savory flavor.
- Hands-off Cooking: The marinade takes just a minute to prepare and the Greek yogurt marinated pork chops are baked entirely in the oven, making the cooking process quick and painless.

Ingredients Needed:
- Pork Chops: I prefer to use boneless pork chops, as they will cook quicker than bone-in chops.
- Greek Yogurt: This is the base for the marinade. Plain, full-fat yogurt works best for this recipe.
- Grated Parmesan Cheese: This gives the pork a nutty, cheesy flavor.
- Seasonings: Garlic powder, onion, powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper flavor the Greek yogurt sauce.
- Lemon Juice: Fresh lemon juice provides a bright, zesty flavor.

How to Make Baked Pork Chops in Oven:
- Assemble the Pork: Place the pork chops in a single layer onto the bottom of a baking dish.
- Mix the Yogurt Marinade for Pork Chops: In a small bowl, add the Greek yogurt, cheese, seasonings, and lemon juice and whisk to combine.
- Marinate the Pork: Spread the mixture evenly over the tops and sides of pork chops, and then cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or for a few hours or overnight), as the longer they sit, the more flavor it will have.
- Bake: Uncover the dish and bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145℉. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
How to Store:
Leftover pork chops will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- To reheat in the Microwave: cover pork chops with a damp paper towel and microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until the pork is heated through.
- To Reheat on the Stove: Add a touch of olive oil or butter to a hot skillet and then add the pork chops and cook for several minutes on both sides until warmed through.
- To Freeze: You can store cooled pork chops in a freezer-safe container or bag in the freezer for up to three months. When ready to serve, let thaw completely in the refrigerator.

What to Serve with Baked Boneless Pork Chops in Oven:
Because pork is so versatile, you can serve this with:
- Roasted Vegetables: Broccoli, asparagus, sweet potatoes, and baked mushrooms are my favorite.
- Simple Pasta: These buttered egg noodles, creamy mac and cheese, or garlic parm mac and cheese would make a delicious addition.
- Rice: This creamy parmesan rice, fried rice, or mushroom wild rice pilaf are a few of my favorite sides.
- Bread: Cheddar rosemary biscuits or cheesy garlic bread is ready in no time.
- Salad: Try this southwestern sweet potato salad, corn and black bean quinoa salad, or a simple green salad for a healthier side.
Tips for Making the Best Juicy Pork Chops:
- Spray your Baking Dish Well with Cooking Spray: Or line it with parchment paper, because if the yogurt mixture hits the sides of the dish, it will burn and make it a harder to clean.
- Use Full-Fat Greek Yogurt: It has a rich, thick texture and the extra fat will help the tender pork chops remain juicy.
- Be Sure to Marinate the Pork: You must let the Greek yogurt sauce marinade the pork for at least 30 minutes (longer if you can). In doing so, it will tenderize the meat and make these the most delicious easy Greek yogurt pork chops.
- Don’t Be Shy with the Seasonings: The yogurt is tangy, yet plain, so be sure to use enough seasonings to flavor the yogurt. A touch of fresh dill or a garlic clove would make this extra tasty.
- Don’t Overcook the Pork: Keep an eye on the oven time and cook the pork until it reaches an internal temperature of 145℉. The best way to keep track of this is by using a meat thermometer. This will help the easy Greek pork chops remain tender and juicy.
- Let the Pork Rest Once it’s Done Cooking: Just for 5 minutes, as this will help the juice redistribute over the meat and keep them juicy. No dry meat is happening here!
- Add Some More Lemon: This is optional, but a touch of lemon zest or lemon juice sprinkled over the cooked chops will make this extra flavorful.
