Can I Use Another Sweetener?

Yes! To make this smoothie vegan, you can use pure maple syrup or agave instead of honey.

Do I Have to Freeze the Bananas?

Yes! Otherwise your smoothie will be runny rather than thick and creamy. I suppose you could add extra ice to make up for it, but then your smoothie may taste watered down.
