Hi Gayle, these are just too adorable. I love bite-size food and I’d love to pop a few of these into my mouth right now. I’m writing this when I should be eating dinner.
Your recipes and pretty photos are a pleasure to browse.
Thank you for the kind words and for stopping by, Lisa!
Id love to make these for a class reunion. How far in advance can I put them together? I haven’t looked around yet but are the mini cups hard to find? What do you mean by mini mozzarella balls? Did you buy them like that or make them yourself?
Appreciate your answer ๐
Hi Judy! These sound perfect for a class reunion! I wouldn’t make them more than a few hours in advance,, as the phyllo cups may get soggy with the ingredients. And no, I haven’t found them hard to find at all. They should carry them in your local grocery store by the regular phyllo shells and frozen puff pastry, in the frozen foods section. Mini mozzarella balls are also called mozzarella pearls, and you should be able to find that in the fresh cheese section, which is usually somewhere near the deli. Hope this helps!
