Creamy Coffee Pops are the perfect way to get your coffee fix. With just three ingredients, this frozen treat is simple, refreshing, and perfect for coffee lovers!

It’s the only way I start my day.
I started drinking coffee regularly about twelve years ago and have been hooked ever since.
Some might even say I like a little coffee with my creamer, but whatever the case may be, I need a cup of joe to get me going in the mornings.
And these creamy coffee pops? It’s the best way to get your coffee fix…morning, noon, or night!
With just three ingredients, these iced coffee pops require hardly any prep work and just a few hours in your freezer. Smooth, flavorful and icy, these cold brew pops would be perfect on a hot day. Or a cold evening. Or anywhere in between, because it’s coffee, and coffee can be enjoyed any time, any way. Am I right?
Ingredients in Creamy Coffee Pops:
- Cold coffee
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Heavy whipping cream
How to Make Iced Coffee Popsicles:
- In a small pitcher or bowl, add coffee, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture about ¾ full into each popsicle mold. Place the mold into the freezer for one hour.
- Remove from the mold from the freezer after one hour and insert a popsicle stick into each one. Place the mold back into the freezer for about 5 hours.
Can I Use Store Bought Coffee?
Absolutely! You can use whatever you have on-hand. If using store-bought coffee, this one is my favorite.
Why Do You Put the Popsicles in the Freezer an Hour Before Putting the Sticks in?
If you place the popsicles in the freezer for one hour, it gives the popsicle sticks the best texture to not just sink to the bottom. If you wait too long, it might get too hard to get the sticks into the popsicles.
Where Did You Find the Popsicle Molds?
I love this one for making frozen pops. You can also find molds at most grocery stores, Target, Walmart, etc.
How Do I Change the Sweetness of These Coffee Pops?
- If you don’t like your coffee too sweet, you can swap out the sweetened condensed milk for heavy cream only.
- On the other hand, if you like sweet coffee, you can more sweetened condensed milk and less cream in these pops.
- Feel free to taste the mixture before freezing, as you can adjust the sweetness depending on your tastes.

- Pour the mixture about ¾ full into each popsicle mold. Place the mold into the freezer for one hour.

- When ready to eat, let sit out for several minutes so it's easy to remove pops from mold.
